Dark moon days : Radical releasing
The dark goddess feminine force leading up to our new moon cycle in Virgo will stir the pot. It’s time to move masks and false layers. The goddess asks us all to be real and honest. And to stay awake to authenticity within you and around you. It’s time to practice staying awake during chaos, you’ll need the skill for what’s to come.
New Moon cycle in Virgo: Soul Speak
The truth of the soul wants to shine through in every detail of your life. How can you increase soul awareness in your daily tasks and duties? How can you embody devotion in the ordinary?
This cycle calls for routines and soulful discipline. Taking step by step towards the new truth with small and simple means. These steps are the seeds for cycles to come. What you organize now will ripple for the rest of 2025, and possibly longer.
It’s time to cut clear the BS and get real on who you are and how you show up, or not.
As we move into eclipse season, big shifts are starting with this new moon cycle. You’ll likely feel earthquake-kind of shakes on the foundations you walk; truths landing harder and faster than ever; and expect to jump the timeline (consciously or not). Stay awake and present during this ride to not trip over and to cut clear any karma or drama that holds you back.
We’re moving through a Virgo to Virgo new moon cycle, which heightens Her qualities and profoundly wants us to get to the core of Self, our true path, values and structures. The August New Moon Virgo cycle wants you to connect with your personal values and uniqueness. Can you fully be in your integrity?
Full moon glow: Course Correction from Masterful Intuition
Following the Virgo new moon in August 2025, comes a Full Moon and Lunar Eclipse in Pisces. This is a portal where magic can occur. It will be open until September 21st.
The Full Moon will light up the consciousness of our core standards, values and truth. What you started practicing internally since the new moon will now show as opportunities to protect your integrity externally. It’s time to use your intuition and wisdom masterfully!
Stay true to yourself by doing regular check-ins with your truth, your intuition and voice to make changes where necessary. And don’t be afraid to course correct! That’s you navigating the storms from within a centered place.
2 Moon Rituals
Journal prompts: How can I increase soul in my daily tasks and embody devotion in ordinary things? How can I be more in my integrity?
It’s time to re-do your altar! This eclipse opening portal is a potent time to go beyond cleaning your altar; give it a fresh make-over! Remove objects that no longer serve what you’re calling in, and, equally, add items that represent the new vision you hold. If you use a vision board, you might want to give it an update over this new moon.
Moon Story: The Artemisia Ritual
This new moon, I close a 28 days long ritual with my beloved goddess herb Artemisia Vulgaris.
If anything, this journey showed me that daily prayer, with connection to the elements and plants, is the most important ritual for me and how I embody spirit in my daily tasks.
Every now and again, I do a deep dive journey with any of my Goddess Herbs.
It’s not a dieta.
I’m not even consuming her as tea everyday.
This work is how I deepen my relationship with a plant, work with her archetypes and goddess energetics to integrate them in my frequency and in my body.
Artemisia grows like a weed, abundantly and fast. I accidentally planted heaps of baby Artemisias in the wrong place and now she’s spreading even further. 😅 She demands very little attention and simply manifests, just how I like it. But she also requires me to show up with love and mastery.
Artemisia Vulgaris is a well known plant for mysticism and ceremony.
As a spiritual plant, she helps us understand and receive clarity in and through the dream world;
to connect with the crone archetype and goddess of Trinity;
and to tune into ancestral wisdom.
She opens the heart and deeply relaxes our nervous system. She is powerful, determined, giving and extremely loving.
My rituals and work with this plant involves growing and harvesting, but I also connect with her in all of her forms. Dry, fresh, tea, bath, steam, smoke and oil.
As we reach the New Moon in Virgo, I close my 28 day ritual with starting the harvest of my Artemisias. A full circle has reached the opening of the natural next step; to open my Farm Shop of Herbs for Magick and Rituals.
